This high quality, dry white wine with gentle flavours and texture is made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes hand-picked from our vineyard in October 2018.
Known as Pinot Grigio in Italy, this graceful and versatile wine has a subtle bouquet of white blossom, characterised by flavours of green apple and pear. Enjoy it as an aperitif on summer days and warm autumn moments, or pair it with fish and chicken dishes.
