Balfour Winery
Hidden deep in the Garden of England, Balfour Winery is home to an award-winning English sparkling wine, Balfour Brut Rosé. Since its beginnings, the winery has grown its product range substantially and now boasts an exquisite selection of wines, beers and ciders all produced from fruit grown in their beautiful vineyards and apple orchards. Their expert team of winemakers combine their skills in their state-of-the-art winery to bring you this delicious range.
The land around the winery, Hush Heath Estate, comprises of 400 acres of perfectly manicured vineyards, apple orchards and ancient oak woodlands rich with wildlife, flora, and fauna all of which add to the beauty and provenance of what they produce.
It’s their team’s passion for what they do that makes them unique and very special. What started as a hobby for co-founders Richard and Leslie Balfour-Lynn is now a quickly expanding family-based business. You are welcome to visit and share our passion.

Located in West Farleigh, The Tickled Trout opened its doors in December 2015. It is a modern and stylish pub with six boutique hotel rooms and a fabulous fish restaurant with an Italian twist.
It also features an impressive fresh ‘Oysters on Ice’ bar where our guests can eat or drink in a relaxed yet sophisticated environment. All of our Hush Heath wines and ciders are available to enjoy by the bottle or glass.
The Tickled Trout also offers a sun-filled deck terrace for ‘al fresco’ dining and events, overlooking the large, landscaped garden, complete with children’s play area and own bar area.
